Who is Crealty for?
For property managers, agencies and teams handling nightly or monthly rentals and purchase inquiries. Manage properties, clients, owners, agents and settlements in one system.
How do I access my workspace?
Use the login page and enter the email or phone number linked to your account. Sign in with a one-time code. Your workspace is determined by your role and organization.
Do guests need an account?
No. A manager can create a personal guest link. It gives access to the relevant booking, property information and available services without registration.
How are owner settlements calculated?
When rental payments are recorded, the system calculates the owner’s share and distributes it between co-owners. The sourcing agent’s share is calculated separately. Records show accruals, actual payouts and the outstanding amount. You can choose whether services and cleaning contribute to the owner’s share.
Can I manage rentals and sales together?
Yes. Properties can have nightly and monthly rental rates as well as a sale price. Properties with sale prices can be shared in a separate catalog by link. Purchase inquiries arrive in their own section.
